The goal of the Youth Empowering Youth Program is to create an active network of informed and concerned young men and women to guide the future of their communities. Working and learning together, participants enhance their leadership skills and character building while broadening their knowledge of community issues.

Youth Empowering Youth’s program takes place every Saturday from DATE through DATE. Each session is approximately 4 hours long. Regular field trips will be a part of the program. YEY participants are expected to attend all sessions. To remain in the program, participants may miss no more than four sessions. Attendance of the first session is mandatory. Participation in all class projects is required. Candidates should have the support and commitment of their parent(s) or guardian(s). I understand the requirements of Youth Empowering Youth Program.
